What did the mind-blowing story of humankind look like to artificial intelligence, back in the middle of 2022 – shortly before generative AI tools exploded into public consciousness?

Once Upon A.I. was a short film experiment inspired by the writing of Yuval Noah Harari, featuring over 260 strange and spectacular images that were generated by 13 different AI algorithms.
It’s a collaboration between Sapienship, Love Tomorrow, AKA De Mensen, Once Storytelling, and No Computer.
The film was originally created for Tomorrowland festival’s Love Tomorrow Conference and premiered in July 2022.
